Responsibilities:
To oversee the LEED submission and certification from the beginning till its completion.
To perform energy & daylighting simulation for the project buildings to identify the most optimized solutions to create glare free internal environment and make the building energy efficient.
To provide expertise and recommendations to Architect, Lighting and MEP consultants on their design aspects to establish the optimum level of solutions to enhance the energy consumption of the building.
To oversee, manage, and prepare the collection, organization, documentation, and submission of the templates and supporting documents to the Green Building Certification Institute (GBCI).
To review and provide comments on the selected materials and specifications as they relate to the LEED certification and identify the possible innovative solutions in design credits and incentives with the objective to achieve the targeted level of LEED certification for the projects.
