Work Profile:
• Technical delivery of Structural Engineering Design on various types of projects.

• Completed Structural Design works on concrete and steel structure projects for Commercial Towers (2B+G+16+R), Shopping Malls (B+G+M+2), Office Buildings (B+G+9), Mixed-use Development projects, Warehouses and high-end Villas.
• Produced a structural system and developed Finite Element Analysis models with the aid of structural design softwares for the assigned project in view of safety and stability of the structure in accordance with the governing codes.

• Furnished a full structural plan and detailed drawings coordinated with the Architectural and MEP department for Municipality and authority submission and approval.
• Discussed the assigned project submitted, with Municipality’s Structural Engineer and addressed the comments until successfully get the project approval and building permit.
• Liaison with Clients, Contractors, Sub-Contractors, Governmental Authorities and other related authorities and project follow-up.

Site Supervision Works
Work Profile: • Managed the structural supervision of the site from the start of mobilization to project completion.
• Review and approval of the contractor’s materials, documents and shop drawings submittals and addressing RFI’s (request for information) about the project.
• Visits sites to address design related issues, inspection of works carried out on site and monitors quality to ensure that the contractor met the standard of construction with compliance to approved drawings.
• Re-submission of revised drawings to Dubai Municipality for approval.
