RESPONSIBILITIES

Compile and submit monthly reports ,ensuring field monitoring is carried out regularly ,ensure all required administrative procedures and paperwork is completed for all staff, presenting and drafting reports, ensure all staff adhere to policies, procedures, contracts and service agreements.

Completing project tasks on time and within budget, conducting omnibus research surveys and analysing results, presenting research findings to the department, producing a calendar of office events and revising procedures and developing templates.

Co-ordinating meetings with multi-disciplinary teams ,co-ordinating events, co-coordinating and facilitating meetings for board and staff, planning and delivering presentations, conducting campaign, media activities departmental meetings ,work shop, public lecture and event management.

Providing word processing, designing templates, mail merge and data entering in spreadsheets, interpreting data, arranging meetings, diary management, over see the running of the office, photocopying, scanning documents and sorting mail.
