Job Description:

• Acting as an agent & a representative for the company clients (as Vessels Agent, Oil & Gas Subcontractor)
• Observing all administration activities office logistics paper work (issuing the shipping docs, obtaining operating units approvals work permit, issuing of needed documents, emailing etc).
• Supervising the implementation of contracts, whether between the company and customers or between the company and the contractors.
• Following up with all the procurement files until the final delivery and solving the problems that might occur during the process.
• Coordinating between various parties to liaise with all the required operations to be done on behalf of our clients
• Planning for better logistics solutions and, and giving suggestions for cost reduction plan which do not affect the service quality.
• Monitoring personnel logistics operation (crew change for the vessels & Rigs of our clients).
• Responsible for a base (storage area)  for our clients equipment & materials, owned by us in a port, Performing all the warehousing, marking, handling, maintenance or any other operations and managing all the equipments & personnel in order to reach proper storage and distribution of materials and equipment received, until it is delivered to our clients.
• Monitoring all the huge transportation of equipments from the site to the port, also supervise the discharge and checking of the huge amount of material arrived by sea or by trucks working in a team with the safety engineer and the client representative.
• Making arrangements with the competent authorities to facilitate the movement of Vessels serving the company clients, as well as following the movements of these vessels as per the instructions of our clients.

• Performing all office logistics & paper work (Issuing of the shipping docs, issuing the cargo manifests, emailing etc).
• Responsible for a two bases at AQR port and outside, performing all the warehousing, marking, handling, maintenance or any other operations and managing all the equipments & personnel in order to reach proper storage and distribution up to the final delivery.
• Making arrangements with the competent authorities & marine service agencies to facilitate the movement of marine units operating within the project, as well as following the movements of these vessels as per the instructions of the operation manger.
• Monitoring all activities related to operating vessels in regards to of the vessels requirements (fresh water, MGO bunkering, provisions supply etc) and the operation scope (mobilization & demobilization of equipments, materials, berthing & sailing permits etc) and supplies for the tugs or barges.
• Supervising all the huge transportation of equipments from the site to the port, also supervise the discharge and checking of the huge amount of material arrived by sea or by trucks working in a team with the safety engineer and the client representative.
• Coordinating between the various parties to ensure the completion of all import and export documentation in compliance with the EGPC requirements.
• Meeting the project engineers requirements and replying to enquiries about the material and identifies, locates, obtains and arranging for re-export shipments, as well as the probability investigating and responding to inquiries regarding distribution and shipment receipt .
• Ensuring of proper practicing to reach the relevant HSE standers & Policies

• Representing the Import Manger.
• Supervising all the logistics cycle for the commercial shipments (Pricing Inquiries, Shipping, Transportation, Customs, Warehousing, Delivery and the clients monetary situation ).
• Following up the commercial monetary situation for the imported shipments (The Bank Accounts & the TT Remittance).
• Making sure that all the commercial shipments will arrive to the stores on time.
• Negotiating with the clients as well as sorting out any problems that may rise.

• Ensuring of proper practicing to reach the relevant HSE standers & Policies.

• Processing and ensuring the export documents compliance with the Egyptian and the foreign government’s laws and regulation.
• Supervising the completion of paper work associated with international distribution.
• Negotiating with clients and handling issues with custom officials.
• Performing procurement actions such as price inquiries, expediting and ensuring the quality of the product.

• Supervising the whole cycle of the exported goods starting from the purchasing, Ex work operations, fright bookings, trucking, and ending by custom clearance,,,,etc,  and all the related activities (transportation, loading & offloading)
