In my Current Role as Senior Enterprise Support Service Technician, I am responsible for managing the IT infrastructure of mid-sized organization. I led the team responsible for maintaining the servers, workstations and network devices. I also developed and implemented IT Policies and procedures that ensured data security and compliance with industry regulations.
Furthermore, I am proficient in various IT tools and technologies such as Active Directory, VMware, Windows Server, Linux and CCTV. I have a keen eye for detail and proactive approach to problem-solving, which has helped me detect and resolve IT issues promptly.
