African countries
§ Started Back to Back LC provisions in agreement with the Banks
§ Chosen as Board Member and selected as Director for 3 Companies
§ Availed the Bank Guarantee facility with multiple Banks as a consortium
§ Maintained the Bank Guarantee Charges at the same rate of .75% with all the Banks
§ Developed strong expertise over Trade Finance function.
§ Handling F &A, Management accounts to prepare & presenting to board meeting.
§ Dealt with the Import duty, VAT and Clearing charges, before arrival the vessel. Paying
the taxes promptly without demurrages and extra expenditure.
§ Prepared the (Projected) business plan worth of USD250Mn and analysis variation with
actuals, Yearwise, monthwise, unit/project/Manpower and department wise.
