JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (SENIOR ESTIMATOR / TEAM LEAD):

(Analysis and comments) SWOT analysis for decision to Bid.
Define the scope of work and information provided along ITB as sufficient to estimate.
Verify the project specific quantities and the MAN HOURS to the BOQ Activities assigned by Jr. Estimator/QS.
Prepare Level II plan as per the client schedule and Level the resources in Primavera to achieve the optimum resources required for the project.
To plan and schedule the work and efficiently organize the site and facilities in order to meet and agreed programmed dead line.
To attend regular meetings with client and consultants and keeping them informed about progress.
Submit the Technical / Commercial tender on time after approval from the Proposal managers/ Head Estimation and Tendering.
Develop the bidding system and customize as to meet the customer requirements.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (SYSTEM MANAGER):

To identify the system shortcoming and Bugs in IN HOUSE bidding software.
Develop the system to create new reports and generate outputs to integrate with existing software's.
Integrate the system with SAP to fulfill Project Monitoring and Planning requirements.
Update the system DATABANK as per current market prices and trends.
Develop the bidding system and customize as to meet the customer requirements.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (PROJECT ENGINEER):

Major experience counts in the field of Plant Construction.
Civil works involved in the construction of Ethylene cracking furnace at Borouge Ruwais, UAE(July 2006-March 2007); Relocation of GAS WELL HEADS for Abu Dhabi Company for onshore Oil Operations (ADCO)(November 2005 - January 2006).
During the complete job I was responsible for the work as per construction drawings.
To prepare necessary paper work for the completion of work and get it authorized by the client and consultant after their inspection.
At the end of project duration I was responsible to submit project as built drawings prepared by myself on AUTOCAD.
