Working on wide area telemetry and SCADA systems, during my time in these roles I validated application updates, windows updates, security patches and anti-virus, providing safe and effective installation of operational systems. Played a crucial role in supporting and maintaining the systems. I also served as internal subject matter expert (SME) for Schneider Electric\'s EcoStruxure Geo SCADA Expert / ClearSCADA products. In addition, I converted business requirements into SCADA functions in liaison with key stakeholders, while orchestrating continuous technical support for development and maintenance of OT strategy, standards, and procedures. I created a number of innovative automation solutions for SCADA and telemetry systems using a variety of programming languages and environments. I managed a Microsoft Windows SCADA domain by creating/managing user accounts, computer accounts, operational units, group policy/scripting and all other aspects of domain management.
