JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (include, but not limited to):
• Meet and greet walk-in customers and recommend most suitable car based on client need analysis, and schedule test drives.
• Expertise in lead generation of HNI’s through online and offline resources, to add to the company lead pool.
• Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communication with potential leads.
• Identify customer-facing touch points based on client interaction during consulting, and accordingly help the CRM team to update the customer profile.
• Coordinating with the Manager for Placing / ordering vehicles online.
• Serve as a SPOC for all Customer Experience Management related issues and after sales.
• Participate in monthly events held at prime locations across the territory.
• Assist management and team in all aspects of developing a unique customer experience.
• Attend meetings with higher management to understand current & future needs.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets on a monthly basis.
