Ensure that the damaged and suspected fabric items are segregated from finished goods ones and reported upon detection. If there is a damage in raw materials item, call to purchase manager and report him to return it to supplier.
To effectively control of finished product losses like wastages of fabrics due to machine problem or raw material problem.
Supervises the inventory available and generates monthly sales and inventory report to be presented to the Managing Director.
Keep all finished goods stock up to date and make sure all data are accurate
Fulfill the emergency requirements of particular designed fabric of the customers by giving order to production department to produce it immediately for bonding strong relations with clients.
Have a clear understanding of the company's policies and vision and how the sales and marketing contributes to these.
Prepare and submit all necessary sales reports in main office as per company policies and procedures, Supervise the stockroom including verification of different quality of finished stocks checking in and out of stock, checking of the maintenance of the property.
Coordinate the use of computerized systems where necessary like customer’s online orders, email etc...
