30 years old hotelier holding bachelor degree in hospitality and tourism along with online diploma in restaurant management and customer service specialist and few hospitality courses certificates, PIC holder and train the trainers certificate.
I have Solid experience in managing different types of outlets for more than 5 years and 9 years total in hospitality industry in UAE and Egypt with well known brands as ( Marriott, Four season, Legoland dubai, Jumeirah, Steigenberger ).
Long experience in all day dining, casual dining, Bar, Café and shisha lounge with large amount of daily guest and team in operation.
Currently I\'m working as hands on operation assistant manager for three different outlets ( swimming bar & casual dining restaurant & shisha lounge ) in Steigenberger hotel business bay, Dubai, UAE.
