My most recent job is working as an Operations Specialist. I have been at this job since early 2022. My primary duties are to collect data on best practices from projects we undertake and organize this in databases so that the operations team can make predictions and projects on retaining customers and rewarding project managers.
Prior to that, I was in the customer care department of the same from 2016 until early 2022 when we were transitioned to the Operations team. My primary task was to ensure that the entire life cycle of projects was tracked and given support when needed.
This included responding to customers when project managers were unavailable and prompting project teams when customers needed urgent feedback or had quality concerns.
Finally, between 2015 and 2016, I was a freelancer on Upwork where I worked as a content writer and data entry specialist. I scrapped websites and organized the data collected according to the customer requirements. I also wrote articles and run scripts to collect data
