Previous Employment Details:

Support new product development (New gypsum boards type, gypsum based readymix, plasters) and new processes development projects. Lead the R&D and Quality Control team of Mada Gypsum Company. Manage a team up to 12 peoples (QC/ lab technicians, QC supervisor) and two laboratories, one dedicated to the Quality Control of raw materials (plaster, starch, dispersant, silicone…) and the second one designed for the quality control of finished products and R&D activities.
