Currently, managing and leading multiple projects including client interaction and personnel management in multiple countries simultaneously.

  2. Performing shop fabrication inspection at offshore site in Oman.

  1. DCU & CHS Projects, IOCL Paradip Refinery
  2. Cross Country Pipe line of Raw Water from Mahanadi River Cuttack to IOCL Paradip Refinery, Paradip.
  • Implementation of project quality system at project construction site, through project quality plan.
  • Working in coordination with other departments in implementing the quality standards and benchmarks.

  • Project involving Site fabricated storage tanks NAPTHA (2 x 12500 kl) and High Speed Diesel Storage Tanks (2 x 500 kl) as per API 650, Major Rotating equipment, Naphtha and HSD Transmission Pipe lines, carbon and alloy steel piping, Coating and painting.
  • Periodic review & revision of Project Quality Plan, Field Quality Manual, ITP’s and WPS’s in accordance with applicable international standards and coads. Determining, Witnessing and interpreting the weld joints by various NDT methods and carry out the inspection of Rotary equipment installation & alignments.
  • Verification/Approval of final packages and release for Water fill test. Daily Surveillance inspection at site and report submitted to QA/QC Senior personnel for information.

Responsibilities
  • Reviewing the project specifications, as per international standards, preparation of isometrics, W.P.S. reviewing, monitoring of ongoing fabrication activities i.e. material receipt inspection, fit up, welds visual, preheat/post weld heat-treatment, hardness, and painting.
  • Interpreting the weld defects by using various NDT techniques-Visual testing, Ultrasonic testing, Radiography Testing, Dipenetrent testing, and Magnetic particle testing, QA.
  • Punching the pressure lists (Hydro/Pneumatic) for piping systems and maintaining history sheets.
