Having been a student of Civil Engineering and than working as a Civil Engineer/Manager has taught me a lot, not only on the field, but in day to day life as well. Patience, the ability to to work in a stressful environment, working in groups and reaching deadlines are concepts not foreign to me, they have actually become custom to my work ethic. Experiencing the in`s and out`s of the field in a place such as Prishtina, which has experienced insane change and growth during the paste decade, has really taught me to be adaptable to ever changing conditions and need of the field. I really do believe that with all that I have learned and with the loyalty that my culture has embedded in my personality, I would not disappoint you.

Time management, flexible and multi-tasking. I consider myself capable of managing situations in critical and stressful moments. I try to always be as close as possible to my coworkers and technical staff by building relationships as close as possible and setting priorities effectively for all.
