– Developing and updating project progress management using Earned Value system with Work Break-Down Structure (WBS)

– Preparing the Budget (Cost Break-Down Structure(CBS)) as per Basis of Bid proposal and Maintaining the project budget for delivering the project within the budget defined.

– Developing and updating of Project Schedule (L-1, L-2, L-3 and L-4).

1) Provide overall project schedule, progress measurement, and change management leadership and expertise:

• Participate in kick-off meetings with the Contractor and PMT to ensure common understanding of planning, estimating, reporting, and change management requirements.

• Cooperate with IPR teams and post audit activities with respect to project services functions.

• Maintain close liaison with members of the Sub-project and Home Office services organization.
