Position: Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
Duties:
Carried out installation, maintenance, testing, troubleshooting and repair of Machines and plant utilities equipment
Ensure compliance to customer specifications and company requirements
Schedule and coordinate installation support and service operation
Ensure all technician follow the health and safety procedure set by the company
Raising and closing of tags
Carried out TPM competency training for production operators
Completion of all work orders for planned maintenance, reactive maintenance and mechanical troubleshooting of machines and utilities systems, boilers, chillers, compressor and water treatment plant.
Provide routine and specialized engineering maintenance and breakdown support to the plant.
Provide competent technical, health, safety and environmental support and assistance as requires by company policies and procedure
Provide training, mentoring and hands-on assistance to engineering trainee technician
Undertake scheduled tasks on site as part of planned preventive maintenance, routine and unplanned breakdown assistance to carry out professional task.
Install new equipment according to customer requirements, and perform initial testing and optimization procedures to ensure correct and efficient operation.
Disassemble malfunctioning equipment when necessary to locate broken parts, and complete repairs using specialized tools.
➢ Ensure cleaning, Inspection & Lubrication and other preventive maintenance techniques.
➢ Ensure that machine is well set-up to produce
➢ Ensure proper shift handover is done according to Nestle Continuous Excellence Standard.
➢ Ensure to achieve the required quantity of products with a good quality according to standard and specification.
➢ Ensure all issues related to safety in the work area and within the factory are given priority, escalated and follow up on resolution done when support is required.
