To Control and Manage the production and smooth running of dept. for orders completion on time
Responsible for ensuring that the product being manufactured meets the companies standards , policies and practices for mondelez ,nestle,lactalice, mother, Britannia ,Abbott (smp,wmp,dairy whitener,scm)
Management of assigned production shift.(30 TPD ,40 TPD & 6TPD powder plant) evaporator & dryer
Handling the entire shift related production activities, manpower-management meeting daily production target for GHEE,BUTTER, SMP, WMP ,MILK , ice cream UHT etc.
Co-ordination with Q.A. store, boiler ,utility, maintenance for smooth operation of all production section
Maintaining good house-keeping in the plant ensuring adequate inventory of house-keeping material inspection and instruction to house-keeping supervisors and follow up.
Ensure necessary investigation and corrective/preventive action occurring during manufacturing activities
Management of manpower in shift,for powder plant ,and all section
