As a production engineer I need to control a whole shift with a handful of workers by most time consuming and cost effectively.I compete with other shifts to meet the production target, with the help of those workers, as we work as a team.Yes, I always meet it. It's also achieved when i worked as a project engineer, as i know teamwork is the best thing to achieve the success. I am always a learner, try to learn and workout it during my each work time, even if it is from my labourers. I believe that is my only success through my professional career.
