To make laboratory analyses on food products quality to ensure population\'s health.
To make studies on the causes generating or favouring of legal regulations regarding consumer\'s protection.
To assimilate control, certification and commercialization norms of ecological agri-food products according to the international authorities\'regulations in the field.
