Highlights:

1. GPS Petroleum Storage Terminal EPC Project, Fujairah, UAE.
2. Oil Terminal # 1 Top Side Loading Facilities EPC Project, Fujairah, for Port of Fujairah UAE.
3. Socar Aurora piping connecting to the OT2 terminal for Port of Fujairah, UAE.
4. Bid support for various bids for Oil & Gas projects.
5. Mitigation of design faults and flange leakage in Port of Fujairah Terminal. Coordination with the design appraisal firm for design acceptance.
6. Studied an offshore Revamp platform from the stress analysis point of view.
   

1. Lead Stress Analyst.
2. Bulk Liquid Chemical Terminal project located at Jubail Commercial Port, Saudi Arabia. Main equipment included Storage Tanks, API-610, 676 & ASME B73.1M pumps.
3. Developed evaluation procedures for API 676 / ASME-B73.1M pumps. Calculations of Impact load arising from the flow of high pressure pig / slug forces at bends and its modelling and analysis.
4. New Ammonia Storage Tank Project for Pakarab Fertilizers Ltd. Pakistan. The project consisted of piping connected to API-650 based Double walled Storage tank. Tank manufacturer was MARALDI Bertinoro S.p.A, Italy. The FEED work was handled by me.
5. Many proposal jobs for MH estimation and project scheduling.
6. Engineering Manager for OMV Wellhead project.

1. FERTIL Urea De-bottle necking project for FERTIL Abu-Dhabi. I handled the Granulation area of the project which consisted of the piping connected to Turbine, Towers, and Plate type heat exchangers.
2. CO2 Recovery Plant Project for Engro Chemicals Pakistan Limited. Main equipment included Towers, Heat Exchangers, Centrifugal Pumps & storage Tanks.
3. MANIFA Crude Processing Facilities 900MBCD MANIFA, SAUDI ARABIA. Main equipment consisted of Tanks and Centrifugal Pumps.
4. Stress Analysis for Piping connected to the steam turbine for Fatima Fertilizers, Pakistan

1. Stress analyses for two wellhead projects.
2. Bid preparation for wellhead projects in Pakistan.
3. 6 months training in piping layouts, JGC’s standards & Caesar II.
4. 03 months training in PDS by Intergraph middle east LLC.
5. 01 month training in PDS at JGC, YOKOHAMA Japan.

1. Team lead for Company’s transition from simple CAD to 3D-CAD (PDS).
2. Organised & delivered many training to Engineers & draughts men in PDS (Plant design Systems).
3. Developed many systems for automating piping design & engineering activities for Piping Material Specifications preparation, Dia Inch / Length Calculations, Painting & Insulation MTO generation and many others.
