  • Checking site status, current alarms, cleared alarms and alarm history of 2G/3G/LTE sites.
  • Provide technical support to field teams for rectification of different issues related to 2G/3G/LTE sites.
  • First level troubleshooting to identify the root cause.
  • Creating Trouble tickets and Work orders for field teams in case of any outage minor to emergency.
  • Proper escalation of every outage following ZTE Escalation Matrix.
  • Monitoring crucial network KPIs, identifying degradation root cause at cell level, and proposing enhancements for better KPI results.
  • Dealing with Customer requests and queries, providing complete knowledge and satisfaction of every ongoing activity and situation in the network.
  • Maintaining the record of all Incidents (Major, Critical, and Emergency) and share the technical report with customer on daily basis.
  • Updating reports in MS-EXCEL for every incident and activity performed in the network.
  • Follow up MDT activities on (2G/3G/LTE Sites), insure that correct nodes are affected, in case of an MDT exceeded its approved window time, opening the outage for issue.
