Functions and Responsibilities:
 Manage projects, kick off and start up constructions on Island resorts
 Pro-actively manage project risks and issues.
 Monitoring actual expenditure figures against project budgets
 Monitoring and managing consultants and subcontractors.
 Coordinate and manage project reporting, project reviews and project steering meetings
 Maintaining proper documentation (general project plans, action items, timelines, call notes, etc.) on all projects


August 2015 – September 2016: Project Manager MEP at Kidney transplant centre, Russia, Volgograd oblast

Functions and Responsibilities:
 Manage projects, and drive the project team from start through to completion
 Pro-actively manage project risks and issues and minimise their impact on the project
 Completing and maintaining Project Key Performance indicators
 Monitoring actual expenditure figures against project budgets
 Monitoring and managing all contractors, consultants and
third party suppliers within project
 Coordinate and manage project reporting, project reviews and project steering meetings
 Kick-Off meeting
 Coordinate and manage subcontractors
 Engineering of Chilled water and BMS system
Achievements:
 Re-engineering of the chilled water system (pipe routing and fundamental system parts). Our team could keep the workflow alive while re-engineering. The project is in compliance with all terms of schedule.


March 2014 – March 2015: Project Manager MEP at Lagos Rose of Sharon and PTDF Tower, Nigeria, Lagos and Abuja

Functions and Responsibilities:
 Managing client issues related to projects
 Coordinating and managing all project activity, & ensuring project deliverables are achieved to plan
 Managing of subcontractors
 Formulating and circulating agendas and action lists
 Identifying key project risks, whether stated or not, and managing them to
resolution or escalating them accordingly
 Controlling the budget for each project, maintaining the agreed levels of expenditure
 Maintaining proper documentation (general project plans, action items, timelines, call notes, etc.) on all projects
Achievements:
 LRS: Accomplished and hand-over in time, after delay of 12 Weeks, caused by vanished shipping at the Atlantic Ocean.
 Maintain a great team in a difficult country together.
 PTDF: to keep the dead line for the building inspections, I studied the software and programmed the fire detection system on site for 5 days.
