Duties & Responsibilities:
Heading the MEP – CM Team comprising of 60 associates
Coordinate with subcontractors / design department / procurement for the smooth progress of the project
Define and monitor KPI for the team members to align with company long/short term goals.
Assist management to take issue based decision to align with business goals.

Duties & Responsibilities
Planning & execution of the entire MEP project for building & infrastructure services to deliver the project within the scheduled time frame.
Preparing techno- commercial comparison for materials & follow up with client/ consultants for the approval of the same
Handling a team of site engineers & supervisors for smooth & timely progress of site execution work with desired standard of safety.
Preparation of drawings & follow up for the approval from client, consultant &, local government authority (Dewa, civil defence etc )
Attending site progress meeting & necessary correspondence with consultants
Billing & certification of billing
Preparing Project Schedule with the help of Planning Engineers & keep project plans on track, monitoring all aspect of the projects. Review, Analyze contract documents. Plan & ensure optimum use of resources & monitor use against budget.
Implement & enforce work schedule, completing 100% of task on time or earlier.
