Mechatronics Engineer Seeking Work in Belfast

I am an Industrial Automation Engineer with a Master Degree in Mechatronics and Diplomas in Automobile technology and Industrial Automation. I am moving to Belfast, Northern Ireland and am looking to take up work assignments in Belfast. I have around nine years of experience working as an automation engineer. In my career, me and my team have worked in almost 40 projects delivering close to 60 SPMs, Conveyors, and Feeders. I have good knowledge in the selection of automation component and integration of the components effectively. Have good experience working with various actuators and sensors and have managed few projects providing end-to-end solution for the customer.

I would like to work or take up assignments in manufacturing, Automotive or Industrial sectors where my skill and solutions would be of good use to the organization. I am a team player with eagerness to learn and work as part of a team, and would like to provide innovative solutions and create functional and robust systems / products. Am open to learning newer technologies and working in SPM, New product development, automation process development across automobile, Industrial automation and manufacturing sectors.

I am proficient with CAD Tools such as CREO and Autodesk Fusion 360, having experience in 3D design and drawing creations for manufacturing and assembly. For presentations, Top Level Drawing creations and managing project, I have worked with Microsoft office tools and flowchart creation software. I also posses adequate knowledge in PLCs, HMI,s and Embedded based controllers to enable effective integration of the mechanical system and control system.

Technologies such as KERS, DRS in F1, Regenerative Braking in Formula E and Ride height Control in MotoGP are very innovative and have real world applications.

Worked as an Automation Engineer and was responsible for providing end to end solution to the customer. My roles include customer scope study, Concept preparation and Budget Estimation, Coordination with customer in the project phase and bridge the Design, manufacturing and Controls team for effective project delivery

- Msquare Engineering Services - Sr. Automation Engineer (From March 2019 to March 2022)
Worked as Senior Automation Engineer and was responsible for providing complete solution to the customer. My roles included assessment of customer needs, Project concept creation, preparation of techno-commercial documents, coordination with customers and vendors, and integration of the design, manufacturing and Controls team. Reverse engineer older machines to create a new improved and cost effective machine.
