1. Productivity Improvement - Improving the productivity thru:
i) Manpower efficiency monitoring.
ii) Skill development through training and Job rotation.
2. Production on time –
i) To meet the on time targets thru proper execution of Daily/ weekly/monthly Production Plans.
3. Wastage Control –
i) Work on system improvements, Carry out CAPA and wastage.
4. EHS-
i) Ensuring that health and safety guidelines/procedures are followed on the shop floor
ii) Ensure CAPA for all incidents and Accidents.
iii) Implementation of Kaizen in department.
iv) 5S implementation and improve 5S score.
