I have been working as a contract design engineer thorugh HCL Technologies for GE Vetco Gray & KLA Tencor.
• Concept design Using Pro E Creo2.
• Following ECO process for drawing review and release.
• Coordinating with onsite engineer and client to understand the scope.
• Creating part numbers and BOM .
• Contacting vendors for bough out items.
• Developed fixture design for PCB.
• Analysis using ANSYS Workbench 15.0
Senior Design Engineer,Palfinger Cranes,
• 3d modeling & drawings(sheet metal) using Pro E Wild fire.
• Carried out stress calculation for new Stiff Boom Crane Series .
• Visited manufacturing facility in Germany to coordinate with indian suppliers.
• Assisting purchase department to finalise vendor selection.
• Assisting customers in selection of appropriate truck to fit the cranes.
• Selection of pumps,winch,hook pulley, slewing bearing etc..
• Selection of hydraulic cylinders and directing vendors for fatigue life testing.
