Lead the plant\'s team to ensure that manufacturing processes run reliably and efficiently.
- Collaborate with other functions i.e. Quality & Food Safety, Safety, Maintenance, Engineering and Supply Chain, to ensure consistent product quality, safety, productivity and reliability.
- Lead the Lean manufacturing agenda across the production lines to achieve the annual productivity target.
- Coordinate enterprise-level KPI development, achievement, and any actions needed to improve accomplishment of KPIs that support long-term implementation and sustainability.
- Lead the strategic plans related to changing in the process to maximize the net efficiency and true efficiency of the production lines
- Ensure that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets
- Develop sustainability reports, presentations, or proposals, including the Cooperative’s annual report on sustainability efforts.
- Lead the PepsiCo sustainability vision, projects\' implementation and Resource Conservation Program across the organization\'s different premises including the production lines, outside area.
- Manage Environmental Sustainability Performance and Compliance Agenda within the plant
- Lead rolling-out of PepsiCo’s Best Practices i.e Pit stop on changeover process, TPM-AM , and KAIZENs
- Develop Material Variance reports and pick up saving opportunities and leading actions related to the opportunities.
- Leverage the PepsiCo Productivity agenda by conducting regular training and influencing people
- Ensure that MOH target is met as per the annual operating plan
