My role involves administration of the current Autoscribe LIMS system and development of a new Labware LIMS system, in addition to this, I lead the IC and Thermal analysis areas and support in IR, ICP, NMR. Organisation, such as sourcing new equipment and strong team-work are also part of my role.

My daily duties involved developing new products according to business segment needs, including formulating prototype adhesives, and organising and carrying out testing programmes for their evaluation. During 2015, I was involved in the successful upgrading the best-selling anaerobic sealant adhesive and I have worked on Medical Light Cure Acrylics. I have proactively catalogued the common ingredients used in formulations. Regular liaising with internal stakeholders is a part of my role. I was also a 5S lab Captain.

My responsibilities included using data processing to troubleshoot equipment issues and related problem solving. My role initially entailed the improvement of metrics such as quality, cycle-time, capacity & cost. I also successfully managed the installation and qualification of new process equipment and was in charge of safety in my module. It was a highly team-orientated environment with frequent priority changes.
