Position- Duty Manager

In this job I worked as a part time staff during my education in UK. At the beginning my job was designated as a Customer Service Staff and eventually I promoted to Team Leader and again as Shift manager. Main duties as a customer service were to deal with customer, their complaints, stock filling, delivery taking, etc. Since I promoted to the position of Team Leader I had to deal with day to day collection of money from Tills, running shifts etc. As a shift manager I used to work on the stock taking part and stock ordering, hand over money to security department, allocating staffs for the future shift etc.

As a lawyer, I have gained sufficient Knowledge in both contentious and non-contentious matters. Mainly in property disputes and negotiable Instruments matters, land tribunal matters, family matters, consumer disputes and motor accident claim matters acted for complainant’s side. Also gained experience in conducting trials civil disputes before the Munisiff’ s Court and the Sub Courts which has the power to entertain appeals against the decision of Hon’ble Munisiff’ s court. I have prepared legal opinion for banks on the basis of title deeds to arrange mortgage and assisted to frame contract agreements for partnership firms.
