About the Company: Bank Dhofar (SAOG) is one of the largest banks in Oman today with a strong presence in Corporate Banking, Retail Banking, Investment Banking, Treasury, Private Banking and Asset Management.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage IT Service Delivery Team including Helpdesk, Desktop and Project Delivery/Rollouts.
Provide L2 support & L3 support in coordination with vendors, Business and IT support staff.
Apply O.S Patches, upgrades, add new services and schedule maintenance activities.
Technical support and Management of End user security systems like antivirus, DLP, Encryption & patch management.
Ensure compliance of Information Security Policy, Internal Audit, PCI DSS requirements and also participate in IT infrastructure section audits.
Administration and Support for Virtual Infrastructure using VMware.
Assist with technical issues in various IT Projects activities including Support, Operations, Testing, UAT and rolling-out the solutions across the organization.
Perform daily system monitoring, verifying Integrity and availability of all hardware, Desktops, server resources, backups and processes.
Support , Upgrade and manage MacAfee EPolicy Orchestrator for product’s like DLP,VSE,EEPC,MNE for 1800 plus end user machines.
Manage IT Procurements area including vendor assessment, RFP, Asset Management, Capex, Opex, IT Budget and AMC contracts.
Managed IT staff, including hiring, training, performance coaching and talent management.
Working with Business units and IT to research, document and resolve related system issues
Manage DR & BCP, including DR Document updating, Site maintenance and conduct tests.
