My experience aligns well with the requirements, considering my previous roles of the Head of ICT, and a Systems Administrator. I have a Masters’ degree in Information Technology Management, which has also impacted me with more knowledge in regards to IT Strategy and Management at large.
For this position, it is very vital for one to have leadership skills and I have lots of experience in this area. I can supervise staff, provide support and assist with any work related problems that occur. I have strong verbal and written skills with the ability to communicate with employees and clients efficiently.
I also have extensive knowledge and skills in various technologies such as Computer Networking, Windows PC and Windows Server Operating Systems, Firewall configurations, Cloud and mobile computing, among others. I have the ability to make computer upgrades, do maintenance checks, perform tests and carry out performance backups, including cloud backup and Veeam backup and recovery. My experience in project management and implementation of various digitization processes has granted me skills and a wider understanding of ICT, which is a defining niche in achieving organization goals.
