As an IT Service Desk Analyst with good knowledge in the field of data analytics, as much as I am skilled at supporting users/internal customers technically, I've recently been able to identify recurring problems that users were always calling about. Taking note of their complaints, recognising the patterns and using the information gathered in form of data, I analysed it, identified problems with the Finacle page not loading as one of the many instances, I found out that some certain users who belonged to a certain mailing group had that problem, and provided solutions for management to ruminate on for required action to be taken.
