DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 Time management and attention.
 Responsible in giving all interior fit out drawings.
 Produce fit out shop drawings, wall setting out, reflected ceiling plans, Elevations, Flooring, Joinery, stone, glass, metal and related details.
 Prepare shop drawings based on the BOQ and tender drawings and specifications and as instructed by senior designer coordinator.
 Produce full set of as-built drawings and issued to the client as instructed by seniors design coordinator.
 Report to the senior design coordinator, any deviances, discrepancies and anomalies encountered within the scope of works.
 All drawings are correctly annotated.
 All revisions are clearly marked an all parts of the drawings.
 A complete history of all drawings is preserved in both hard and soft copy for review.
 Checked and supervise if the plan are properly implemented.
 Distribute all approved drawings to the relevant parties, once they have been approved for construction.
 Perform daily and monthly inventory.
 Giving customer satisfaction and reason to comeback.
