1. HR Administrator at Ejadah (A Dubai Properties Company), 2018 to 2019
Supported the HR Management in ensuring efficient day to day operations through the flawless execution of HR Processes (hire to retire). Was also the first point of contact for employees and managers for all HR related issues and inquiries.
2. Assistant Manager HR - Xchanging Technology Services (Headquartered in the UK)
Partnered with senior management across the globe on the Global HR Transformation to implement Workday HCM. The role required me to be a change champion to advocate and support the adoption of the new processes through workshops, training of employees, management & super users in the UK, US, India, Australia, Malaysia, Singapore.
