I have nine years experience as a House & Estates Manager working for two UHNW families both in London and in the Countryside.
I worked for an American family for five years and looked after their grade two listed house within 8 acres of Countryside, Woodland and Landscape gardens. My duties included helping the family with their daily life schedule, ensuring maintenance plans were proactive and not always reactive, managing staff including recruiting, training, appraisals, controlling time off in lieu and holiday entitlement.
I also assisted in the kitchen and organised family events. I looked after the family cars including MOT, Service and Tax. I drove the Principals to meetings, appointments and airports.
The family decided to return to California in 2016 and so with my Principals recommendation to his business colleague I started work for a large Malaysian family in February 2016 where I stayed for 4 years.
My duties included looking after twelve properties in West London and seven Malaysian families all Directors on the family business founded in 1955.
I ensured the families daily itineraries were executed to plan, the property maintenance plans were organised and completed , management of ten housekeepers and overseeing the house budget balance sheet was accurately completed and sent with receipts and invoices to the family office in Malaysia.
I am a good communicator and organiser. I have nine years House Management experience looking after UHNW families and their properties.
