• Sweetcroft Residential Care Home June 2014- December 2015, May 2016- April 2017. I started working at Sweetcroft as a kitchen assistant and quickly progressed up to a care assistant, this involved me attending to the needs of patients, helping with personal care and handling of medication and wellbeing. I left for a short while in 2016 to work in A&E but returned back in May.
• Ealing Hospital Accident and Emergency January 2016-May 2016- I worked in A&E as a health care assistant for 5 months, while it was fast paced and extremely demanding, the tasks that I carried out were very similar to my previous job but in a very different environment.
• Woodlands Residential Care Home January 2018- Present. Promoted to a senior Healthcare Assistant in June 2018, my role includes running and managing shifts, ensuring all the staff are confident in the roles they have been given. Personally ensuring the safety and wellbeing of 19 residents.
