SUMMARY OF CAPABILITIES:

1. Design & Management:
• Developing of MEP design Criteria, concepts and perimeters for various projects.
• Preparation of mechanical designs and design verifications.
• Preparation of tender documents including technical specifications and bills of quantities.
• Good report writing skills, experience of making presentations to, and attending meetings with clients.
• Estimating, budgeting, planning and resourcing of projects
• Management of project costs, and implementation of value engineering.
• Plan, coordinate and supervise activities of all company personnel on assigned projects; determine the manpower requirements of the projects.
• Create and review quality control plan as a requirement of the project specification.
• Experience in various types of mechanical Works including residential, commercial and industrial buildings.
• Management of Quality Assurance system (ISO 9001)

2. Site Supervision:
• Facilitate contracts, design verification and review, and approval of construction drawings; propose technical revisions and value engineering to the client’s benefit in terms of design and materials.
• Design verification and review of Contract Documents
• Coordinate and supervise the construction process from the conceptual development stage through final construction, making sure that the project gets completed on time, in accordance with tender documents and within budget.
• Coordination with other design disciplines as required on a day-to-day basis or as set out by the project requirements.
• Participate in client and contractor meetings and resolving management and technical project issues; and ensure Client’s satisfaction with project results.
• Review and approval of shop drawings and material submittals
• Replying the RFI’s issued by the Contractor
• Handling all the correspondences by the Contractor and the Project Manager.
• Management of supervision and engineering teams.
