I am a French chef, I am currently preparing my move to Coventry for July 2023.
My experiences as a head chef, technical advisor and business leader in collective catering, fine dining and multi site operation management has led me to master all aspects of managing teams in large organisations to present a high standard of service and food to customers.
My motto : "In the race for quality, there is no finish line"
My visa application is in progress, I would be very pleased to explain my motivations for an eventual role. At present, I live in France but travel twice a month to Coventry. I can make myself available at your earliest convenience for an interview.
