- Understanding of NAFTA, APAC, and EU regulations
- Knowledge of and experience implementing federal regulations for International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Export Administration Regulations (EAR), and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC)
- Assist in the development of the company\'s trade compliance policies and strategies
- Classify and maintain export control classification data for all products
- Maintain status of all export licenses with applicable government agencies

- Export and import documentation collection, review and processing.
- Coordinate third party vendors involved with the physical shipment handling or shipment paperwork. 
- Ensure compliance with U.S. Export controls and trade sanctions for any Export or Re-Export Activity conducted within the assigned area.
- Customer service for both internal and external customers.
- Review market trends and become knowledgeable of customer\'s supply chains to provide market intelligence.
International Program Specialist
- Develop and implement the global marketing plan in social, cultural, and educational activities and events.
- Counsel international students need and regulatory requirements.
- Optimize supply solutions to meet the requirements of the international student program, including inventory, time to market, costs and customer service.
- Communicate with overseas office, agents, domestic agencies and US Homeland Security.
