General, Technical, Project, Plant Operation Manager

From 28/09/2009 to 31/01/2012 Plant Manager and Tech. Director of Buzzi Unicem SpA factory “about 600 (six hundred)” employees of Sour El Ghozlane Algeria. In my position of responsibility was included: establish and maintain of the excellent relations with Relevant Ministries, Embassies and Consulates, the public Authorities and the Trade Union Representatives; the respect and the realization of the expected values in Budget; certification of the factory in according to Standards EN ISO 9001:2008/NA 442-2006 “Standards Algerian”; the management and coordination of personnel of the factory, the management and coordination of personnel sub-contractors; the definition of parameters of quality and manufacturing process; superintendent of any modifications to existing installations, maintenance mechanical and electrical; superintendent during the construction and the starting of new installations; superintendent of the quarries (the new factory “started the march in 1985” had to produce a target 1,000 million tons cement/year, has produced only some years max 800,000 tons eight hundred thousand). After the management Buzzi Unicem SpA was realized the historical factory record: production year 2010 and 2011, 1.144 million ton cement). The quality of the clinker is improved by about 30%; the hourly production of flour mills has improved by 18%; the hourly production of cement mills has improved by 35% always cement type CPJ-Cem. II/A 42,5 ;the quality of the cement is improved by 15%.

From 02/10/2006 to 31/08/2009 General Manager of Delanto Italminerali, mining production and marketing. Management of 160 (one hundred sixty) employees. In my position of responsibility was included: establish and maintain of the excellent relations with Relevant Ministries, Embassies and Consulates, the public Authorities and the Trade Union Representatives, the respect and the realization of the expected values in Budget; the construction and maintenance of roads and runways of the mine; applying for licenses for the use of explosives and the construction of the dedicated deposit; the management and coordination of personnel of the mine; the search of the mineral. evaluate the quantity in the trenches and galleries; the sampling and chemical analysis of the mineral before moving to production;  organize the transport from the mine to the port of shipment; respect the delivery times to the customer; maintain business; the sale of the mineral.

From 01/10/1999 - 30/09/2006 Quality Manager and Assistant Plant Manager, In my position of responsibility was included: preparation and processing of monthly R.M.P. (monthly production report) preparation of annual Budget; the respect and the realization of the expected values in BGT; the management and coordination of personnel of the factory, the management and coordination of personnel sub-contractors; the definition of parameters of quality and manufacturing process; preparation of the development plan of the quarries; the Responsibility and coordination of the Quality Committee; organize continuing training courses extended to all staff; ensuring compliance with and the constant adaptation of the Quality System and Product  as specified in the Standards EN ISO 9001, UNI EN 998/1 and UNI EN 998/2EN ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 in accord with the CRBs I. C. M. Q. and I.T.C. - C. N. R.; in 2003 the company has given me the position of the Manager of the Quality Plan for the industrial production of white clinker and following the white cement (the factory was designed and constructed originally for the production of Clinker dark); main tasks: to find the suitable raw materials, determine the chemical analysis, assess their suitability, make the necessary changes to existing installations that renders them polyvalent, "Clinker dark and white", define the parameters of product quality and process of production, produce the product into conformity to the UNI EN196 and UNI EN 197, after three attempts all the objectives set have been achieved.

(monthly production report) preparation of annual Budget; the respect and the realization of the expected values in Budget; the management and coordination of personnel of the factory, the management and coordination of personnel sub-contractors; the definition of parameters of quality and manufacturing process; preparation of the development plan of the quarries; In 11/1992 the company has given me the position of the Manager of the Quality Plan for the Certification of the factory as specified in the Standards EN ISO 9001, EN ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001; organize continuing training courses extended to all staff in accord with the CRBs I. C. M. Q. and I.T.C. - C. N. R.. In 02/1993 the company has given me the position of the Manager of the Quality Plan for in to verify if there exists the possibility of waste disposal within the production process "in admixture with the raw materials" of:

• sludge from sewage treatment
• waste sludge products from the installations of processing of marble and granite
• alternative fuels in the cooking process;

The results obtained are ahead of expectations and the establishment has used this poisonous waste product up to their total consumption, while making a service at various Public Administrations of Sardinia.

From 01/04/1978 to 31/12/1991 completion of civil engineering structures in reinforced concrete and assembly of installations and start-up production. Quality Manager and Assistant Plant Manager In my position of responsibility was included: preparation and processing of monthly R.M.P. (monthly production report) preparation of annual Budget; the respect and the realization of the expected values in Budget. In 1982 the company has given me the position of the Manager of the Quality Plan for the Certification of the factory as specified in the Standards UNI EN 196 and UNI EN 197, organize continuing training courses extended to all staff in accord with the CRBs I. C. M. Q. and I.C. I. T. E. - C. N. R . In 05/1986  the company has given me the position of the Manager of the Quality Plan for in to verify the feasibility of production of Premix mortars shallows, main task: the project plans to buy only a small part of the installation necessary, using the other part of existing ones for the production of cements which will then become polyvalent; find the suitable raw materials; which additives were most adequate; the purchase of laboratory equipment for the quality control of the product by integrating them with those of the laboratory for cements; the study the composition of mortars; use to progress the industrial test and proceed to the standardization of the product as specified in the UNI EN 998/1 and EN 998/2.
