Previous Employment Details:

I am a fresh graduate at PHINMA-Cagayan de Oro College with a fegree of BS in Tourism Management. During my 4 years in college, it honed my interest in giving a customer service at all times. Basically, my previous job was a Front Desk Receptionist at Country Village Hotel, here in my country. I worked there for 3 months. Even that for a short period of time, I learned how to improve to provide an exceptional customer service and how challenging it is.
But before I got this job, I experienced having my On The Job training in the Airtime Travel Express for 3 months, I was an Assistand Customer Service Representative there. Also, I had my On the Job Training at Dynasty Court Hotel as a Room Attendant and Food And Beverage staff for 5-6 months.
