• Lead a team of bakers to prepare bakery items for banquets and events.
• Assist and support senior chef and other bakers.
• Prepare and make all bakery items for a large number of guests.
• Provide training to staff in baking activities.
• Meet the requirements of clients.
• Ensure proper storage of all items in refrigerators and freezers.
• Operated a warehouse
• Tend accessory equipment such as pumps and conveyors to move materials or ingredients through production processes.
• Weigh or measure materials, ingredients, and products to ensure conformance to requirements.
• Clean and maintain equipment, using hand tools.
