I am a fitness instructor and sports coach with over 2 decades of hands-on experience working with individuals and organisations to achieve their personal and corporate fitness goals. I excelled in track and field events and other games as an athlete winning several national and institutional honours. This has helped me to develop several athletes at the grassroots level bringing them to the national and international stages. I have been able to achieve these by working with athletes and clients on a 1v1 basis or in a group setting. I am able to create the appropriate training programmes to fit the fitness goals of clients and to also teach individuals and groups about fitness essentials.
