JITO Premiere League, Pune, India Head Volunteer 2017
During the span of my event management training started working as events volunteer. Gradual progress took me to become head of Volunteers for managing 25 volunteers from organizing the event through post-event production.
• Managed the audience of 350 people and 12 regional teams for this cricketing event.
• Chosen as head of the volunteer to Lead the team of 25 volunteers for delivering the event, handling the logistics and crowd management.
VOLUNTARY EMPLOYMENT
Lboro Sports Beach Fest Volleyball, Media and Marketing Officer, Loughborough University Mar 2019- May 2019
(It is a volleyball event organized for Loughborough University Students as a stress buster during exam season.)
Hired as a marketing officer for running the marketing for this event. Supervisor aimed for achieving at least 75 people in the event but due to virtuous marketing strategy achieved 250+ attendance for the event even though it was exam season.
• Working along with the event management team and helping with event planning and delivery.
• Developing contents for event promotion in social media channels. and Designing T-shirts, the logo of the event, flyers poster, and social media posts for event promotion.
• Speaking with various departments within the university and requesting them to place our ads in shops, library, bus stops, and social media channels.
Tennis Alumni Events Organizer and Coordinator, Loughborough University Dec 2018- Mar 2019
• The major task is to plan the event for 50 participants, market the event, catering, and logistics.
• Duty is to planning, organizing, marketing, promotions, and delivery of the Tennis Alumni Championship.
• My duties also include making a draw, creating creative contents for social media marketing and email marketing.
• Coordinating with other team members and helping them with their assigned tasks.
