Schneider Electric is a European multinational corporation that specializes in electricity distribution, automation management and produces installation components for energy management. As a BMW partner in customer-friendly electro mobility, Schneider works along with BMW, to be, not only the manufacturer of the BMW i Wall box, but also the recommended installer.
•My main role was to do the quotes related with the wallbox installation, quotes that meet technical requirements.
•To ensure all Electric Vehicle quotes are actioned in 48hours.
•To do the contact with the installers to make sure the quote meet the customer’s needs.
•To be aware of technical documentation.
•To ensure invoices are payed in time to electricians

Founded over 40 years ago by Cyrus Harvey, Crabtree & Evelyn has evolved since 1972 from a small, family-run business specialized in fragrances.
My main role in this company was to be responsible for helping to run the store on a day to day basis by assisting with launching retail initiatives, general store maintenance and advice each customer.
•Increase customer awareness of current promotion, new product launches and upcoming events.
•To show and explain to every customer how products and services can be useful for their life.
•Identify customer needs with relevant conversational sales and approach techniques.

2012 to 2013: Shropshire Council, UK Volunteer at the Health and Safety department
Shropshire Council is the local authority of Shropshire (excluding Telford and Wrekin) in England.
My main duties were to help Health and safety officers/advisors to plan, implement, monitoring and review protective and preventative safety measures.
To work in partnership with employers, employees, directors to:
•Carrying out risk assessments and considering how risks could be reduced;
•Outlining safe operational procedures which identify and take account of all relevant hazards;
•Carrying out regular site inspections to check policies and procedures are being properly implemented;
•Making changes to working practices that are safe and comply with legislation, RIDDOR.
