Duties, Responsibilities:

• Review various engineering deliverables like single line diagram, load lists, load schedule, lighting and small power layouts, lighting calculations, cable routing drawings in trays & trenches, electrical equipment layout, MTO\'s etc.
• Review Suppliers quotations, coordinate response to technical queries received during tendering stage, prepare technical quotation evaluations of bids and submit recommendation to Contracts Dept.
• Provide technical input for purchasing specifications including technical proposal evaluation.
• Provide assistance during procurement, construction and commissioning activities. For example, write requisitions, coordinate cost estimate and benchmark required for the projects, conduct technical bid evaluations and write purchase orders.
• Reviews and checks payment certificates submitted by contractors. Ensure compliance with work satisfactorily completed, makes necessary corrections, and submits to supervisor for endorsement and payment processing.
• Supervise & witness of field construction and erection activities to assure compliance with engineering designer supplied drawing, specification and standards.
• Responsible for the installation of all switchgear, motors, transformers, cables, panels,…..etc.
• Responsible for lighting & small power & data and telephone & paging & fire alarm, firefighting and lightning systems.
• Review and endorse contractor\'s invoices for payment.
• Participating in HAZOP studies for proposed plant modifications.
• Attend meeting periodically with management and other parties to discuss project progress and other requirements.
• Tracking of HSE rules and safety system by team under my supervision and Provide a safe working environment for the employees, contractor, subcontractors, vendors and visitors. Contribute in risk analysis (identification & ranking), and risk response plan.

Duties, Responsibilities:

• Perform a full review, check and approval to all engineering Documents.
• Ensures that all electrical systems drawings, standards, specifications, manuals and data books are kept up-to-date, and directs draftsmen to carry out all corrections to reflect any alterations, modifications and additions to electrical systems.
• Assist in Reviews design documents, change orders, material requisitions and specifications for construction or procurement use.
