Main activities and responsibilities:-

In charge of the activities of some of INTERCOM GROUP’s subsidiary companies:

• Managing/ Commercial Director of Intercom Hercu Ltd., Varna, Bulgaria - one of the leading Bulgarian forklift producing companies (mainly export oriented production)
• Chairman of the board of ZAT JSC (Factory of automation and telemechanics) Sofia, Bulgaria – specialized in automation, electronics and telemechanics for the railway transport
• Participation in the Metropolitan Project Sofia
• Managing/ Commercial Director of Intercom Steel Service Ltd. – Belgrade, Serbia -development of the business on the markets in Serbia, Bosna, Kosovo, Croatia, Slovenia, Romania, Hungary, Czech, Slovakia, Austria, Germany) – sale of round, square and rectangular ERW steel hollow sections and seamless steel pipes.
• Supply-chain management.
• Forecast and management of the operating budget

• Monitoring of the competition.

• In charge of all BWG activities in Bulgaria:
• Establishment of the whole business in Bulgaria
• Organization and monitoring of the working process
• Sale of goods to retail and distribution channels (incl. negotiation of appropriate commercial and contractual arrangements with clients for the group of products
• Logistics
• Export of welding products
• Identifying trends, opportunities and threats for the product groups and propose corresponding measures
• P+L
• Forecast and managing the operating budget
• Monitoring of the competition activities

• Organization and monitoring of the working process, administration and coordination of the staff
• Sales of goods to retail and distribution channels (incl. negotiation of appropriate commercial and contractual arrangements with clients for the group of products
• Negotiation with investors in regard to huge infrastructural projects
• Logistics
• Export of cement and dry mortars
• Identifying  trends, opportunities and threats for the product groups and propose corresponding measures
• Monitoring of the competition activities
• Leading different projects (Metropolitan Sofia, Highway Ljulin, second Danube bridge etc.)
• P+L
• Managing the operating budget of the region

• Full reorganization of the company according to the HiedelbergCement  standards (implementation of new procedures, rules, new company culture)
• Creating of a new team
• Implementing and monitoring of the HC procedures
• Fulfillment of the Investment program (monitoring of the credit facility agreement with the Heidelberger Cement AG) of the HC Group in Bulgaria
• Fulfillment of the Privatization Contract of HC with the Republic of Bulgaria
• Developing the business of the company:
• Sale of cement and concrete  - Granitoid JSC as a distributor of ZP Cement and as owner of RMC companies
• Export of cement
• Logistic provider - Granitoid JSC as a transport company
• Sale of technical equipment (Granitoid JSC as a supplier of equipment for other cement producers)
• Leading different projects
• Export of technical equipment
• Organization and monitoring of the working process, administration and coordination of the staff
• P+L
• CFO support by making the operating plan and monitoring of the budget
• Reporting to the Supervisory Board of the company
