" I have been in the healthcare sector for over 20 years, working in a variety of settings, such as, hospitals, residential/nursing homes, supported living, day care centre, domiciliary and with a range of individuals, e.g., Elderly, Physical Disabilities, Dementia/Alzheimer's, Learning Disabilities, Personality Disorders, Challenging behaviour, Autism and many more. I started as a Carer working in a nursing home and worked my way up to Deputy Manager, which is the position I am at this present time. I feel that the knowledge and skills I acquired over the years spent in the healthcare sector would make me a good candidate for any company. "
