Previous Employment Details:

- IQVIA - Operations Specialist II: I worked along with Medical Information and Safety global leaders in a COVID Project. I was a regional lead in charge of supervising a Canada and LATAM hubs to achieve the medical Information call Center KPIs (average speed of answer, abandoned rate, quality check of the calls, quality check calibration with sponsor, rate of verbal / written responses provided within 3 business days, etc). Additionally, during this Time I analyzed KPI data AND country/region data AND provided reports to upper management AND sponsor. I has direct reports in charge which helped me to develop people management skills. I also performed as global product quality complaint lead.
-IQVIA - Associate Manager, Safety Operations:
